CasaCaprichos is an online marketplace where local artisans come together to celebrate Spain’s design
culture and creative artistry by offering unique products for sale.

Our offerings include jewelry, arts, furniture, luxury items, home décor and accessories. The inventory is always fresh and can be limited, so when you see an item you like, don’t wait to purchase.

Payment Information

We accept a variety of Euro payment types, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, PayPal, as well as debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.

Shipping Information

Currently, we only ship within the European Union. We expect to be able to ship worldwide soon, so stay tuned!

If you want to purchase a product and you are located outside of the EU, please get in touch directly with the local boutique to arrange shipment.

Please note that by doing so your shipment may incur local duties and taxes. Currently, we DO NOT handle these charges for you. Therefore, on receipt of your order, you will need to pay for these yourself, locally.

Please contact your local customs office if you need further information before placing your order. If you refuse to pay the charges due on the parcel, it will be abandoned by your country's customs authority and you will not be refunded. If there are any outstanding charges (including, but not limited to: holding fees, entrance fees, abandonment fees) these may also be billed to your payment method also.

We will inform you about the expected delivery time of your order in checkout and in your order confirmation email - this time may vary according to the selected items, the shipping method you have chosen and the country you are located in.

Delivery is usually within 2-4 days in Spain. Once your package is shipped, the boutique will email you a tracking number and more information.

As we are working with small independent boutiques, please get in touch with us at info@casacaprichos.com if you’d like to order more than 10 items of a certain product and our Customer Support will assist you with your purchase. This will ensure that even if the products are not all in stock immediately, we can arrange for extra stock to be ordered to fulfil your requirements.

Returns and Exchanges

We at Casa Caprichos strive to offer you the best gems of the local design scene and hope that you love your purchase, but understand that sometimes things just aren't quite right.

Within 14 days of receipt, notify us of your intent to return the package to the boutique using the Request a return” form, selecting your reason for returning the product. Please make sure to add any additional relevant information before clicking the submit button.

We’ll send instructions on how to ship the product directly to the boutique, at your cost, within another 14 days for a refund.

Once the boutique has received your item they will inspect it and notify us that they have received it. We will immediately inform you about the status of your refund after the item was inspected.

If your return is approved you will receive the refund for the product on the same original method of payment you've used.

We recommend you send your product by recorded delivery, and retain proof of postage in case anything goes missing.

CasaCaprichos will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in the process of shipping the items back to the boutique(s).

Things that cannot be returned:
● Perishable products such as food, plants, perfumes and toiletries.
● Personal products sold with a hygiene seal where that seal has been broken e.g. earrings, underwear and swimwear
● Personalised products and products made to order
● Any product that has been used, returned without original packaging or tags or is returned in an unsaleable condition.
● Any COVID-protection related items such as masks.

All items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received them, and in the original box and/or packaging with all tags.

If you received a defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

In cases where the product is damaged, faulty or incorrect, CasaCaprichos will refund your return shipping costs, but you must report this to us first. For other returns, you’d need to pay the shipping fees.

Faulty items must be returned in their original packaging.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return it by following the standard returns procedure and just place a new order for your replacement item.

Kindly note that we are not able to accept cancellations after an order has been placed on our website. Should you change your mind after placing the order online, you can opt to return the item at the terms above.
