    We at Casa Caprichos strive to offer you the best gems of the local design scene and hope that you love your purchase, but understand that sometimes things just aren’t quite right. Within 14 days of receipt, notify us of your intent to return the package to the boutique using the “Request a return” form, selecting your reason for returning the product. Please make sure to add any additional relevant information before clicking the submit button. We’ll send instructions on how to ship the product directly to the boutique, at your cost, within another 14 days for a refund. Once the boutique has received your item they will inspect it and notify us that they have received it. We will immediately inform you about the status of your refund after the item was inspected. If your return is approved you will receive the refund for the product on the same original method of payment you’ve used. We recommend you send your product by recorded delivery, and retain proof of postage in case anything goes missing. CasaCaprichos will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred in the process of shipping the items back to the boutique(s). Things that cannot be returned:● Perishable products such as food, plants, perfumes and toiletries.● Personal products sold with a hygiene seal where that seal has been broken e.g. earrings, underwear and swimwear● Personalised products and products made to order● Any product that has been used, returned without original packaging or tags or is returned in an unsaleable condition.● Any COVID-protection related items such as masks. All items are expected to be in the exact same condition as when you received them, and in the original box and/or packaging with all tags. ———- If you received a defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. In cases where the product is damaged, faulty or incorrect, CasaCaprichos will refund your return shipping costs, but you must report this to us first. For other returns, you’d need to pay the shipping fees. Faulty items must be returned in their original packaging. ———- If you wish to exchange an item, please return it by following the standard returns procedure and just place a new order for your replacement item. ———- Kindly note that we are not able to accept cancellations after an order has been placed on our website.
